Welcome to another Trivia Tuesday!
Here are the answers to last week’s post.
Question 1: (First Lines) “He stopped trying to bring her back. She only came back when she felt like it, in dreams and lies and broken-down deja vu.” [YA, Contemporary] Eleanor & Park by Rainbow Rowell
Question 2: (Character Personality) This character isn’t from this world, they are loyal and caring but this is hidden underneath a cocky, sarcastic attitude. [YA, Paranormal] Daemon Black, Lux Series by Jennifer L Armentrout
Question 3: (Where Am I) Dawn is approaching and I’m standing in a cage, suspended four or five stories high. From this view I can see several buildings, smoke rising and multicolored lights inside what looks like an old church. To the right-hand side, in back of the gate that seperates this place from humanity, bodies are being laid out in a single row. The cage begins its descend down into the city, where am I? [YA, Paranormal] Coldtown, The Coldest Girl in Coldtown by Holly Black
Here’s a reminder of how everything works…The first person to answer ALL three questions correctly will receive a shout-out on social networks and also gets the chance to generate a question for our next Trivia Tuesday. The second person also gets a little something (a shout-out on social media).
This Week’s Questions:
Question 1 (Character Personality): He loves having the power and being in control of his own body; metaphorically at that. He is kind, caring, funny, and oh so handsome. In the middle of the book he finally made it out of the ‘circle.’ [YA, Romance]
Question 2 (Who said it?): “Always.” [YA, Fantasy]
Question 3 (Where am I?): A land where only a disaster could take you. At first, it was beautiful a small town for small people, but with a new leader in charge the immaculate land went away and all the townspeople have gone. The good is bad and the bad is good. All I want to do is follow a certain road, but it lost it’s magnificent color. Where am I? [YA, Fantasy, Re-Tellings]
Good luck to everyone who participates 🙂
Christy is a superhero who spends her days saving the lives of those who live in her small town and her nights with a book in her hands. Okay, a superhero may be a bit of a stretch, she's just a nurse who loves to read.
