My Thoughts: First I want to say Rachel Vincent is AMAZING, I have read and loved all of her books!! I have been impatiently waiting this book since reading If I Die and let me say that it did not disappoint! The writing was flawless and the book was incredible! Before I Wake starts off a month after If I Die ends with Kaylee struggling to come to terms with her new afterlife. The action starts in the very first chapter and Rachel doesn’t let up throughout the whole book. Once I picked this book up I couldn’t put it down…this book took my emotions on a rollercoaster, I laughed and cried. I love every one of the characters […]
Ok, so this is my first ever blog post, so I’m not really sure where to start. I haven’t always been a book reader. My love for books started about 3 years ago when a co-worker made me read the Twilight series (I’m sure I’m not the only one that started out this way :)) *Thanks Amanda* Since then I’ve loved talking about my favorite reads and characters. When I fall in love with a book the characters become very real to me, so that’s the reason why I decided to start this blog; so that I have a place to come to express what made me fall in love with a book. -C
