OTSP Secret Sister…
Erica: My amazing OTSP Secret Sister got me so much that I am so thankful for. What I got from my sister this month is:
» 5 to 1 by Holly Badger
» Sven Pop! Funko
» $15 Starbucks gift-card
» Q&A for Couples, which was so adorable and she totally read my mind
» Dark chocolate, which will help me throughout NaNoWriMo
» Mint journal with my name inscribed (probably my fave thing)!
Thank you again, sister, you’re fabulous & I love you tons.
My sister sent me an Alice in Wonderland themed package that was absolutely AMAZING! I seriously loved everything in it. Dear Sister, YOU ROCK!!
You can check out the pictures in our Stacking the Shelves post.
Venturing Around the Blogosphere…
check out these lovely posts that we adored this month:
» Faye @ The Social Potato talks about talking about twists and whether or not that takes away from the twist (which, I totally think it does…most of the time).

Life & What’s Happening…
Erica: So, this month was awful. It wasn’t a very good reading month and I was in the worst slump in the world. I just can’t get into reading even with so many other books staring me in the face. They’re so beautiful, but I just put them back on the shelf and it’s so upsetting.
After long though, just kidding, it was totally spur of the moment…I have decided to participate in NaNoWriMo. If any of you guys are participating, let me know and you should add me as a writing buddy
Christy: This month has felt incredibly busy. I was finally getting used to working 7 AM to 7 PM and then last week they upped and switched it around so now I’m working 7 PM to.7 AM and I’m not adjusting the best. Hopefully it’ll get easier soon!
On top of crazy work hours, I’ve been in a reading slump the entirety of October. I’ve seriously only read 3 books. JUST 3! What is this madness?! I’m hoping November will be better.
