Christy's Novel Rewind

Novel Rewind is the way Erica and I wrap up our week. Though, since there is two of us we’ll be alternating weeks and each of our separate posts will be showcasing the past two weeks.

We will be linking up to Stacking the Shelves and The Sunday Post.

Life & What’s Happened

It’s been such a long time since I done one of these, like a month and a half :O   But, in my defense life was crazy.  I started a new job in May and I’m loving it so much.  It’s closer to home and it’s not as stressful as my previous job.  I also went on vacation at the end of May/beginning of June to Myrtle Beach, SC and it was absolutely amazing.  Everyone had so much fun and I so did not want to come back home.

If you noticed, I did take a bit of a blogging break in May just to get everything with my new job and upcoming vacation situated, but I’m back now and I couldn’t be happier.  I’d like to thank my AMAZING co-blogger, Erica, for holding down the fort while I was taking a break.  I honestly don’t know what I’d do if I didn’t have a best friend like her that I could lean on when needed.

OK, now to the reason why you stopped by….THE BOOKS.  I’m going to *try* to remember every book that I got since my last post but I’m sure there will be some that I’ll miss.

We watch Scream and Scream Queens. Pretty good shows and a bit different. Congrats on the new job. MB is our family vacation place. Love it there. Been going since I was a little girl. I think I know MB roads better than my own hometown 😉

  5. Congrats on the new job, Erica! I’m happy to see you back and all happy. 🙂
And woah! What a great haul! I’m really excited for This Adventure Ends. I really liked her debut.
I’ve also been hearing good things about Safest Lies, so I might have to get myself a copy.
    Have a lovely weekend!

  6. This reminds me I still need to get The Problem With Forever… I don’t know when I’ll be able to buy it. But the cover is so pretty and it’s JLA so I’m sure it’s going to rock! I also love Scream the tv series. 😀

  7. You got some awesome books this week. I have already read Three Dark Crowns, I hope you love it as much as I did. Me Before You is one of those books I snuffed due to boring covers, good thing it is always right to judge a book by its cover. Right? Obviously, I need to read the book before I watch the movie.
I almost wish I wasn’t already blogging on my own site. I just LOVE you two and I would jump at the chance to be part of the awesome that is this your blog. I hope you find the perfect fit. Have a great week!
